Was looking for a trustworthy therapist online and came across Mrs.Reyes, I was only able to attend 2 sessions with this office. The 1st in-person session was a little off due to Mrs. Reyes claiming to have a headache which I gave her the benefit of the doubt due to her not feeling well. However we scheduled for a 2nd zoom call session and I felt that it went somewhat well, however after being told to reach out to her to schedule a 3rd session she has yet to reply to any of my emails, phone calls and voicemails nor has took the time to reach out to me to follow up. Now I am not a person that takes time to write out many reviews unless I feel it is necessary but I feel though as if it was very unprofessional that I was not reached out to in a timely manner after insuring me that we would establish a healthy professional relationship. With that being said I would not recommend this establishment for any of your mental health needs due to unprofessionalism.

They are slow and unprofessional. They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner. Their workloads seem too much for this family business to handle.. processes are long and drawn out for things that can be handled within a week.. if can deal with someone please do especially if your livelihood depends on it.

Had a great experience here, what I needed done was kind of a pressing issue and they got me in the same day I called. They were super helpful and walked me through everything I needed too do. Would recommend them to everyone!

My husband needed an assessment in a timely manner because his appeal granted an immediate hearing. They were very accommodating and have a number of necessary classes. Excellent resource you should definitely use during what is a rather stressful time. Very competitive rates!! Simple, easy and very reliable. Highly recommended!
