Jessica Juarez1 StarI did not get her name because she didn’t state her name but I called about 3:59PM today 07-07-20, she was like hold on and hung up, I called back again & she said can you hold on and hung up again. I called back for the 3rd time and she was mad. I asked if she needed me to call back at a later time and she said no what is it that you need? Very rude. Does reception close at 4pm because she sounded like she was in a rush and was giving me limited information.Tuesday 7th July 2020
