A Center 4 Change is a Kentucky based Counseling and Psychotherapy organization. The agency is certified as a Behavioral Health Service Organization (BHSO), Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE), and CARF accrediated. It was established on April 15 of 2016. At this time, our organization has outpatient locations in Ashland, Russell, Grayson, Olive Hill, and Morehead, Kentucky. We offer an array of services, so we are able to meet our clients where they are on life’s journey and assist each one of them in the best and most effective way possible. A Center For change now offers Telehealth services for anyone concerned with the risk of in-person visits. Telehealth offers virtual visits which are live, synchronous interactive encounters between you and our staff through secured video calls. Call us now for more information at one of our locations. Our staff is a team of professionals, ranging from qualified mental health professionals, targeted case managers, nurse practioner, Kentucky Medication Aids, and peer support specialists, that are equipped with the skills and abilities to be able to assist you in making positive and meaningful changes. We are open seven days a week across all locations, with in- person sessions as well as tele- health options. A Center For Change wants to assure all clients, both past, present, and future that if we are unable to physically be in our office buildings, we are still open and able to help. We can be reached via telephone and can provide remote tele- health services. We understand that this time in history can be scary as well as extremely stressful.
