Who do we help?
We help people who abuse alcohol, drugs, or both. We understand that the approach to treatment for all drugs is the same, although each drug offers unique challenges.
We also help people who are dually-diagnosed, meaning that they have both a mental health issue, or issues, in addition to drug and or alcohol abuse.
We help both adolescents, and adults. Our Intensive Outpatient is a 3 month long program. Our Rehab Treatment Centers provide care around the clock for a length of time determined individually for each of our clients. Our Partial Day Treatment takes place on an outpatient basis.
Progressive Levels of Care for a Progressive Disease
Some people need to be admitted into our residential right away, immediately after they first call our admissions team. Others may be able to counter their disease symptoms and develop a solid foundation for recovery at our outpatient facilities.
Other people may first attend our outpatient program, and be easily stepped up into our higher level of care if need be. Certain people may also be partial day treatment treatment at one of our inpatient addiction treatment centers.
The level of care is dependent on the needs of an individual. Upon calling our admissions team, the initial assessment will determine the level of care needed to match the symptoms of one's abuse.
Insurance Covers up to 100% of Costs
We have unique in-network contracts with nearly all major insurance providers. Our contracts make the payment process not only affordable, but transparent throughout the entire process.
Our team will be in constant communication with your insurance provider throughout the process of treatment. Depending on the individual insurance plan, treatment will be covered at varying percentages of total costs. Some plans cover up to 100% of the costs of treatment.

Zach Camp5 StarAction Family Counseling has helped me greatly in turning my life around for the better. The lead counselor, Jessica Patterson-Byrd, is a very knowledgeable counselor and very easy to relate with on many levels. I very quickly grew to respect her. Jeremy Green and Adrieanna Jaime are great counselors as well and there never seems to be a time when they will not sit down and talk with you. kyle shields5 StarI showed up to the out patient program pretty defeated and they recommended I come the day I got out of the 30 day program at the Action facility. Glad I took the advice because it helped make me more accountable for my actions and they helped give me the integrity I needed for the days there wasn't classes I could attend. I found myself looking forward to the 3 days a week I went to their meetings. It actually gave me something to look forward to on tuesdays, thursdays and Saturday's and the rest of the week is up to you what you choose to do. Magdalena Livingston5 StarI would describe my experience with Action IOP like a rollercoaster, all because of my own actions. When I got out of Action Residential I wanted to change my life, but I didn't want to stop using. Because of that, I went in and out of IOP, but never once did the counselors OR the clients judge me. They all excepted me with open arms. There was never judgement in the groups or in individual counseling. I can just speak on my own experience, walking through that door, it's like a sense of acceptance and meditation. The counselors, and clients alike, all just want to see the next person to walk through the door make it; because the disease of addiction is deadly. It was the counselors at Action IOP that helped me see that using really was life or death for me, and that I could live a beautiful life without the influence of drugs. I became so excited for groups that I even attended some 3 months after I graduated! The counselors never let anyone walk through that door without giving them a bit of their time, and they never let anyone exit that door feeling defeated. They all are so absolutely dedicated to their "job", because to them it's not a "job"; it's about helping the addict who still suffers.Friday 7th July 2017
