Marjorie Lopez1 StarI dont understand how it’s STILL operating! The level of unprofessionalism is astounding and Nobody ever knows anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous and a complete scam. They are not following safety protocols and are putting patients at risk for covid among other things & I KNOW this because I had a loved one there. There’s a nurse, threatens the patients & refuses to give them their Medications & was heard telling a patient to “suck a D*ck” followed by more threats and the refusal to give them their Medicine for “f**king with me” absolutely disgusting that this is what happens there and they continue to get funding and fly under the radar. There’s also the issue of thieving employees who steal patient property like
Clothes jewelry and phones but no one looks into it, the director never investigates these situations, the property is never recovered or replaced for the patients and Employees involved continue to steal From patients with no repercussions. It’s sad and disappointing that a place meant to help
People is really scamming the community and barely doing the minimum to actually help people
Or make Changes in order to correct and
Improve their shortcomings, instead they continue to look the other way and disregard everything going on. I hope the news or someone gets involved and exposes them for what they truly areTuesday 11th January 2022
Jessica Brennan1 StarThey rather throw people in jail and make false accusations then help people originally. They need to be shut down. This place is a sick joke.Thursday 24th February 2022

Darryl Grayson1 StarBe aware of this place! If you have loved ones DO NOT !! send them here. My brother received treatment at this place, the employees stole his belongings and didn’t supply any kind of help on retrieving them. Take a look at Holly Delaye review, my brother Is not the only one that they stole from. This place should be thoroughly investigated, all employees terminated, and bring in a new management staff. In the Meanwhile, I will be reporting them to every agency I can think of from the BBB to some sort of health review agency. There are much better agencies that will treat and handle people a whole lot better. So, don't send your family members or friends here and don't make recommendations for this place !!.Monday 30th November 2020
Gregory Parslow1 StarI’ve been trying to get into detox and the lady at the reception desk told me that they aren’t excepting anyone right now and when I asked how to find out when they would be she said that she didn’t know so I asked if there was a waiting list and she said she also didn’t know and that I should call there number and when I do they refer me back to the nurse that doesn’t know anything.... and I feel like she just doesn’t feel like doing the intake process cause it’s close to shift changeMonday 7th June 2021
