She has such a gift with her clients, and not only makes them feel seen, but truly heard. pituti5 StarI had an incredible experience as an inpatient. The counselors, nurses, and all the staff, even the people that brought your tray were extremely nice and very respectful. I would like to say that Emily the counselor on 3rd floor, Janice Valari on 2nd and the tall admission nurse with the long black hair were exceptional. Many thanks!Tuesday 22nd February 2022
Sue Fullerton5 StarI found the staff very attentive to my needs and catered to anything I needed especially medicines and migraine Need.
I found the food to be cold on many occasions as they didn’t have the bottom warming plate that goes with the set.
The cleaning staff always did a great job in keeping our room clean.
I thought it was unnecessary to have 4 women in one room when there were other rooms available.
Overall I do feel that the meetings were so helpful I wrote lots of notes and took advantage of every handout and filled them out as honestly as possible and I will review them through my recovery ❤️🩹

Ann Keen5 StarGenerally a very positive experience. Very impressed that staff remembered names and addressed us as such.
Having both med windows open is helpful and appreciated by clients' waiting.
Improvement in food variety/choices would be
a big step forward: more vegetarian such as nuts, seeds, beans, better greens in salad such as spinach, articular etc. Would be nice if hot items are HOTTuesday 30th November 2021
Carol Sweeny5 StarThe staff is excellent. Many of the counselors are in recovery, so they really get it. The facility is very clean. They also offer transportation to and from the hospital, not only from Massachusetts but surrounding states. I have also done the intensive outpatient program and individual counseling.
