Being a patient here is very difficult and has caused me so many issues. Firstly, they told me that they would send my treatment analysis and reports to the courts because that is their job. Then months later, I get a notice to show cause because I “never provided my treatment analysis”. It turns out that they never had been sending the reports to court and had been doing who knows what with my files. On another occasion, I called to pay for a therapy appointment which was $100. The next day I was randomly charged another $100 which was completely unauthorized. Since I didn’t have another $100 in my account, it caused me to get an overdraft fee. When I called to get it sorted out, the lady on the phone was absolutely appalling. She was extremely rude and kept talking over me. I’ve never been treated worse by someone “professional” in my life. They don’t actually care about you or your Situation. They give everyone the same amount of “treatment” and all they really care about is your money. Mid treatment they raised the prices because of “business reasons” and hardly answer the phone. So unprofessional.I would strongly advise not to come here.
