“By the age of twenty-five, I had long-since spiraled out of control. I was heavily addicted, both physically and emotionally. I had lost custody of my daughter. After a conversation with my family I decided to go to ARC-Karen’s Place.
Thankfully, this decision was made before my addiction got worse. I finished the program, completed my internship, graduated from the Peer Support Academy, and was then hired on as staff. I now work at the corporate office, in a position of my dreams. I am a mommy to both of my girls. I’ve never known peace like I do now. I’m making a difference, and it’s the best feeling in the world.”

BABY SIX1 StarHorrible customer service. I tried to get help from here but every time I call they’d say “we’re having our verification team verify your insurance” and “we’ll call you back”(never did) I gave them the direct number to my insurance people and still they never called them. They needed some info from my dad and for some reason about 2 weeks after he already told them. They said they needed his info again cause “nobody wrote it in” imagine somebody’s using and they OD because ARC is making them wait 2+ weeks for insurance verification that takes 20 minutes to do. I called journey pure and they genuinely cared. They wanted to get me in ASAP rather than delay my recovery like ARC. They called the insurance and same day got it verified called me back to. They don’t wanna wait and see if I drink myself to death they told me the sooner the better…Thursday 7th October 2021
Mr Robinson1 StarThis place is horrible. The labor Dept should investigate them. Working us 40-80 hours a week and paying us $75. No taxes taken out.

Ashley Shelton5 StarI went through Karen's Place in July 2017. They saved my life and loved me back just like Jesus would have done. They are the feet and hands of God there. I will forever be so grateful for Karen's Place and the staff there. It still holds a big place in my heart. I miss those mountains and the love that those women showed me!!
