I have been a client at ATCNE in Brighton for many years. They take the prize on covid safety. For the last 15 months I've been getting take homes and instead of going everyday I go 2-4× a month. The staff is all new and the place has such a better vibe. EVERYONE originally there is gone including Sharon. New clinical director Matt is great. Great hours 6:15-1:00 5:15 for work line during the week and 7:15-11:15 weekend's. Same day appts, get dosed that day. Lot of different options but they're great. If you're looking for a clinic their awesome. No group right now and only phone councelling but that's OK. Give them a call and talkh to Will

Mostly good, but I was not able to get help with sweating and withdrawal issues.

A good balance of methadone maintenance and a supportive structure: weekly individual counseling and group meetings. The groups can be uneven, of course, but overall there is real empathy and investment from the staff. If you just want to walk in and get dosed, and continue using, you won't like it, but if you're moving towards change and recovery ATC is structured but not overly ideological (12 steps, CBT, etc). Harm reduction is increasingly the focus but treatment varies depending on client needs.
