Debby Wampler1 StarMy 99 year old father was transferred here after hospital stay and having a fractured ankle. The end of April,2020. Because of the virus I was unable to go inside to see him. He was admitted on Friday
And all weekend stayed in his bed, he was there for physical therapy. When I took him a bag of personal items they put it on a table he couldn’t reach. Kept calling to ask them to please give it to him
Finally did that evening. Started therapy on Monday but by then he was deteriorating. Decided to bring him home with hospice, and when I got him home they had a filthy diaper on him with a terrible rash along with an extremely large bedsore. Not a good facility!Wednesday 20th May 2020
