A family member reached out to Advanced Treatment Solutions and spoke to Jim who accepted my son into his practice . A therapist contacted us and spoke to my son . My son needed MATCH asap but was told he needed to speak to the Dr about those meds. The therapist contacted my son a 2nd time and my son again said he needs to speak to the Dr because he needed help ASAP with getting on the MATCH Program . After numerous phone messages left with no response and emails sent to the Dr. as well as Jim no response was given . Over 3 weeks lapsed and finally got a call from Dr Clark who did not even have my sons medical records straight . She stated he was taking prescriptions meds he was not taking and even brought up that he called and left a message after hours which she did not like . Then after all this Dr Clark stated Shias booked solid until the end on January and couldn’t help anyhow ?. This entire process with Jim and company wasted almost a month and left a terrible experience with someone who was only reaching out for help . This is one place I will make sure will never get recommended for anything

Had a family member who tried for two months to get an appointment and was repeatedly put off, only to eventually be told the provider was no longer taking new patients and then referred out to other offices. This is not the way to help people who are struggling with mental health issues.

Over the past 20 years I have worked at a number of office sites. Hands down, this is my favorite. Everyone who comes here comments on the beautiful design , soothing colors and general ambience. Drinks, snacks, coffee are available to all which is a nice touch I never saw anywhere else. Thank you Jim for creating this space which brings out the best in everyone.

Jimmy and I were colleagues for over 15 yrs. He was always someone that I could go to when I needed assistance or advice. He has honed his skills over the years and I wouldn't hesitate to send someone his way if the situation arose. Liz is also a wonderful addition to his staff. I also worked with her for years and she proved to be and essential part of the workplace...someone that I would often count on when I really needed to get something done. I recently visited his new office space and was immediately struck by the professional and comfortable atmosphere.

The worse communications possible. Their answering service is clueless, dont even know which building the office is in. They send you to a voicemail that no one ever answers. They cancelled my appointment without telling me. I wasted time to go there, and yes, answering service sent me back to a voicemail. 4 hours later I get a call from someone stating it's my fault, they called me and I didn't answer. Sorry but I was at work, never mind the 50 calls I made to them to get the appointment set up. It's out of convenience I tried to go there, but do not recommend this business. They cannot run a proper business, how can they treat you?!
