After your medical procedure, your doctor may have given you a new diet to follow. Or you may need well-balanced meals to receive the strength your body needs for healing. In our skilled nursing facility in Zephyrhills, Florida, you’ll receive three nutritious meals a day planned by dietitians and nurses, per your doctor’s instructions. And because we believe a healthy meal should taste good, too, we’ll work hard to prepare your food the way you like it.

Because spiritual nourishment can be just as important to your health as a well-balanced meal, our chaplains will provide the spiritual support you need, and we offer regular religious services for various faiths. As you move toward recovery, we’ll help strengthen your body, ease your mind, and lift your spirit — guiding you along the road to whole-person wellness.

When you’re recuperating at our rehab facility, there’s no need to feel isolated or bored. I was there from feb 19th 2022 till narch 1 2022 I would not recommend this place to no one for Rehab it is a terrible place no one helps you because they act like they don't care.i was there 8 years for rehab it was a great place but since Advent health took over it is terrible place to be in

My father was brought in from the hospital at 6:20. It is almost 10:00 and he still has not been assessed. We had a horrible experience with him at their south location after a fall about 3 months ago and hoped this location would be better but it is eerily similar. Hoping to find a better place tomorrow. Better off bringing your loved one home. If they are anything like their south location, they are worse than nothing. Much worse.

My grandmother was discharged from the hospital here for care and physically therapy. Only there for about a week and ended up back in the hospital. For a really bad uti (that we were told she did not have and was not on antibiotics for-it ended up making her completely lethargic to the point of not being able to talk). She also had a pneumonia and blood in her stool. All of which were not detected/missed at the facility. When she was admitted here we mentioned history of utis, questioned if she could be put on a maintenance/precautionary antibiotic because of a procedure she had done days prior. Our request got shoved under the rug. Due to covid family had to do all communication by phone, a lot of the times we got no answer. Or we were told someone would call back and didn’t. The nurses that we did speak too never gave details on what was going on, we had to pry information out of them, they were very short and seemed very unconcerned. Urine samples and blood work did not come back quickly, everything was delayed. The direct of nurses was absolutely terrible when I called to speak with her. She spoke over me, interrupted and semi argued with me as I was trying to tell her the issues we’d had. To top it all off after she was sent back to the er the hospital tried to get her records and was told by the facility that she was not even a patient there, so the er had nothing to go until I called to straighten that out. I would NOT recommend this facility at all.

Zephyrhills health and rehab is a clean and beautiful facility. They have very educated and well trained staff at this facility. Your love one will be well taken care of and receive wonderful service from all departments. They will treat you like your family. They have daily 1 on 1 therapy department, 24 hour nursing care, and daily housekeeping and laundry service. You also can have a select menu from dietary. I hope you will plan your rehab here after any surgery, knee replacement, hip replacement, or any other medical need.

This place is by far the best rehab I have visited in a long time. I am a Home Health Aid and while visiting a clients family member I was very pleased as soon as I walked in the door. There were no odors. Receptionist was very warm and friendly. Two patients were sitting side by side in wheelchairs with big smiles on their faces and said hello to us. The staff were friendly as we walked the hall. The PT staff, including his CNA Tonya was informative and very friendly. The bathroom inside the room was fully stocked with soap, paper towels and smelled very nice. And he also has enjoyed his stay here. Keep up the great work.
