You hear a lot about the "road to recovery" when you're sick or injured. It's usually a long road, one fraught with twists and turns, setbacks and victories. We're here to pave that road with expert sports medicine and rehab treatments designed with your whole health in mind.

Through our partnership with Peninsula Rehabilitation Center, AdventHealth DeLand offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient therapeutic care dedicated to your physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Peninsula’s accreditations from the Joint Commission and The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) exemplify their commitment to providing high-quality care to everyone they serve.

If your diagnosis reveals that inpatient therapy at AdventHealth DeLand is best, you’ll have access to 24/7 care, provided by Peninsula’s specially trained and experienced physical therapists, rehab specialists, sports medicine physicians, and more. If your treatment plan calls for it, you’ll receive a minimum of 15 hours of physical therapy each week from a team that wants to see you get active again as much as you do. You’ll also have access to innovative therapies such as neuropsychological rehab, recreational therapy, and the Balance Master program. Recovery isn’t a road you ever have to walk alone. I would love to be able to say this is a great office but after a week and a half of waiting for a call back and calling them several times I could not even get an appointment scheduled. The man who answered the phones was of little to no help and seemed to not want to set my daughter up to be seen, going back and forth about the referral which was easily taken care of with one phone call. I called the Victoria Park office with NO problems whatsoever and set up an appointment right away.

I've done my Labrum rehab and ACL rehab here. As a 22 year old athlete who can't stay off the Injured reserve it's nice to get in and out of rehab ASAP at full health. Always recommend all of my friends and family to do rehab here. Great people, great gym, and great rehab.
