I'M WRITING THIS IN ALL CAPS TO SHOW JUST HOW DISGUSTED I AM WITH THIS PLACE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR RATING LIKE SO MANY OTHERS I SEE. MY MOM GOT THERE AT THE END OF JULY AND LEFT TWO DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING. HER STAY WAS HORRIBLE!!!. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE CALL BELL. MY MOM WAS THERE BECAUSE SHE WAS ON WHAT'S CALLED HIGH FLOW OXYGEN AND SHE NEEDED PHYSICAL THERAPY. HOW CAN YOU NOT ANSWER THE BELL KNOWING A PERSON IS THERE WITH BREATHING DIFFICULTIES. SHE COULD HAVE DIED IN THAT PLACE AND THEY WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN IT BECAUSE THEY DON'T COME IN TO CHECK ON YOU. THEIR WAS A FEW THAT WERE GOOD BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS HORRIBLE. SHE HAD GREAT PHYSICAL THERAPIST THAT GOT HER UP AND WALKING. THE SOCIAL WORKER KIEASHA WAS WONDERFUL. THE LADIES WHO ARE IN CHARGE OF VISITS WAS ALSO GREAT, MALLISA AND JOANNE. SHE HAD TWO NURSES THAT SHE LIKED AND WERE VERY KIND. MOST OF THE CNA'S ARE LAZY . BEFORE SHE WAS ABLE TO WALK AND GET OUT OF BED SHE HAD TO LAY IN A SOILED DIAPER FOR HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE WOULD CHANGE HER. I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL THE STATE AND REPORT THEM. THE DIRECTOR RJ WAS HELPFUL AT FIRST BUT SOON AFTER SHOWED HIS TRUE COLORS AND BECAME VERY DISMISSIVE INSTEAD OF LISTENING. IF I WAS NOT THE DAUGHTER THAT I WAS MY MOTHER WOULD HAVE SUFFERED SO MUCH MORE AT THE HANDS OF ALARIS HEALTH AT ST. MARY'S. IF RJ OR ANYONE THERE WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO ME TO BETTER FACILITATE THE PATIENTS THAT ARE STILL THERE AND OR THE PATIENTS THAT MAY BE COMING FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ME. YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER WHEN TAKING CARE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S LOVE ONE. WHAT IF IT WAS SOMEONE YOU LOVED.

To Whom It May Concern: I Mr. Terry R Coleman, speaking of sound mind and spirit. On this 26th day , in the month of April, in the year of 2021. I humbly write this brief notation to express my gratitude and much appreciation to the physical therapy team here at Alaris Health of Saint Mary’s , in Orange !!! I especially would like to bring full acknowledgement to the two therapists that worked with me during the weeks that I was a resident there, and they are , Therapist Lee and Therapist Pam . Both their confidence, experience and knowledge should not go un-noticed . They not only made me stronger physically , but they also gave me some mental toughness... I thank you in advance for the patience and time that was granted me ... Respectfully Submitted Mr. Terry R Coleman

You know if I could give this review a one star I would. My grandfather stated at this Alaris Health for a decent time (5) months. In his time there me and my family would always visit him. You could say that we started to become regulars there. Then, my grandfather's condition started to worsen and he, therefore, became unstable. Then, they started to transfer him to the hospital so forth, and so on. Until a month ago, when they transported him from the hospital back to the Alaris rehab center we weren't able to see him until after the 2-week quarantine period. When the period was over. It's like he was a whole different person. He didn't even recognize me or my family. I highly doubt they fed him or even took care of him because he was elderly. On top of all of that, he had phenomena. Not even that, he fell there twice and we weren't informed until we visited him. They tried to cover it up. Suddenly, when the quarantine period was over we had got a cal that they transferred him to East Orange General Hospital. A week later he died, I believe the cause that he died is because he had gotten phenomena from there and again they tried to cover it up. A piece of advice from me to you, if you care about your loved ones don't send them here, these people don't care for the elderly that can't even defend themselves. I will sue this Place. They are horrible and the cause of death, grief, tears of a whole family. Stay away from this Deathzone!

I did Physical Therapy at St. Mary’s and I came along pretty good thanks to my Therapist. They have helped me with exercises I didn’t think I could do. I am further along in my recovery than I thought. I have a way to go but with the help from my Therapist I will get there.
