I see I have a similar experience to the people who have left other one star reviews. My mother was sent here for dialysis after a stay in the hospital for a fall. She was ignored by all staff members and nurses until my father and I got involved and were persuaded to keep her there with promises that care from the nurses would improve. It never did. My mother was left in bed all day with no water and no access to the bathroom. Her night nurses were the only ones to get her out of bed to use the bathroom and they left her on the toilet for full nights before morning nurses came to get her. They sent her to the hospital for a day stay NAKED and without telling her why she was going. I was called by the hospital to ask why she was there and guess what- Alaris never told me either! She was improperly cared for by the physical therapist, WHO DROPPED HER. She was verbally harrassed by multiple nurses with me on the phone to listen and SHE DIED the next day, alone and without care from the nurses. I didn't even receive a call from anyone who works there to offer their condolences. The nurses said they did all they could but never did, unless leaving my mother alone with the nurses button on means they "tried all they could". Don't send your family members here if you care about them.

Amazing experience! My father was in recovery post covid for a couple weeks. Very clean facility compared to other rehabs I’ve experienced. Nurses and other workers were phenomenal to get him home to our family. We appreciate everything they did! I highly recommend this facility if you want a fast recovery. Everyone pushed him beyond his limits which made him so strong. From PT, OT, speech to his nurses.. we cannot be more grateful for all they did for my father to get him home to us , everyone was extremely friendly and kind to my family.

Replying to response - my grandmother already passed away. She wasn’t doing well but she died from a really bad kidney infection and pneumonia. She received dialysis there. She never had water near by. Every time we went we had to ask to give her some and they would give her a small plastic cup. We brought her from home bottles and bottles of Poland spring to her no one would hand it to her when it was on table that she could not reach herself. - Pneumonia we’d go in her room and she wouldn’t even a blanket on. I hope my grandma is at peace now rather than miserable at your facility. Warning please do not send your loved ones here! Original post: Needs more staff members that care about their patients. Please send your loved ones elsewhere.

I am very well please with the one on one care my daughter is receiving. She was moved from a facility in another state and I am happy I did. I also had the pleasure meeting the CEO and he listened to my concerns.
