I hope someone can do something it's too sad to see all the bad reviews but the worst thing is to live the experience who has the heart of leaving an 89 year old woman in a wheelchair all night you have to be a horrible demon I hope when you get to that age wont go through the same but God is good and I know you will or someone you love. How unpleasant to see that they have the messages and what happens but they do nothing to change things. But for my part I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois for your disability. I can't Thank you for mistreating my Grandmother I really hate to the fact that I need to give you start to be able to send the messages because I don't think you deserve 1.

My Dad was at this facility for Rehab. This facility's nursing staff is horrible. My father frequently pressed the nurse's button to get assistance. More than half the time he would call me on his cell phone to tell me he was in pain and I had to call the nurse's station to get them to go into his room and assist him. Majority of the time, they didn't answer the phone and when they did answer they took an additional 1 hour to go into his room AFTER I told them my Dad needed assistance. It got so bad that I would call management FIRST to get assistance. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY. This is a WARNING! I wouldn't put my dog in this facility if it was FREE and they took dogs. By the way, My Dad was there for 2 weeks and I took him out. What does this say about their professionalism? A lot!

They care more about money then their patients. They have very low staff but have every room filled. Lower the amount of patients if you don’t have enough people to care for them. You make money while the patients get horrible treatment since the workers are so over worked.
