I heard great things about your facility but then when my mom was there I wasn't so impressed. For 1 thing she was there for a month and only 3 showers, we were supposed to have a phone conversation with people from there it was all set up my brother and I waited finally after half hour my brother called and whoever he talked to said the main people were out of the building, we got no call saying it was cancelled. My mom said that the nurses were rude and told her a couple times to pee in her diaper. Nurses are there to help out the patients, not be ignorant.

My mother was there for a week she's in hospice, but can move around with a walker , Sha repeatedly ask foe a walker and was never given one ,three people to a room one restroom and and broken toilet. For some reason they decided to clean the carpet in the hallways at 11 pm so she couldn't get any rest . Called to speak to a nurse ,got transferred to the nurse station and the phone just rang and rang ,nurses woke her up out her sleep at three and four am giving her questioners, but still never bringing her a walker .She's home now but i wouldn't send a dog to this facility

My Mom was admitted here for few weeks for a rehabilitation program after being released from the hospital. The people that we worked with (Mark…) were very attentive and so caring to Mom and us from the day we came in until the last day she was released. We were able to visit Mom on a regular restricted protocol and were able to communicate well with all of the crews we worked with. Thank you all and I hope you continue your good service to other seniors and patients needing your tender and loving care. They also have a lot of facilities all over the place that will provide you with all possible options. Definitely recommended.

My wife is diagnosed with early-onset dementia and got to the point where she was unable to stand and walk, making it almost impossible for me to care for her. Other facilities tried and said she was unlikely to ever improve. I brought her to Alden because of their strong approach to physical therapy. The admissions process was smooth and they paired her with a roommate that helped her feel comfortable and that relieved her anxiety. In her first day of therapy they had her walking with minimal assistance, and accomplished this without making her feel pressured or stressed. Their success reinstated her Medicare support. I can now look forward to bringing her home and caring for her myself. It helps that they have a friendly and conscientious staff, good food, and a beautiful facility in a convenient location. We are so glad we chose Alden.
