I tried to get into this place for months, for probabtion. Carl is so incompetent that he can't seem to understand how to input insurance. Due to his lack of knowledge and effort he basically refused the service to me because he is to arrogant to take advice from the people who work at the insurance company, whom I called from his phone in his office so they could give him a step by step explanation of how to help my situation. Nevertheless he just said he couldn't before he even tried what they had told him. Dont go here they will fumble and blame you.

I was their for anger management for 13 wks. My councilor Maria had more than enough knowledge to help me out. I recommend Aliviar to anyone who is serious about turning their live around.
