Kristen Collins2 StarThis place is unreliable please do not put your brain chemistry in their hands. They never sent my prescription and I spent an hour on hold trying to figure out why with no answer. Days later I get a call back saying the psychiatrist I saw was let go. It's been over two weeks since my initial appointment and the medication has still not been filled and I no longer have an actual provider there.
Edit: my prescription was filled and they did what they could to apologize. I understand they're dealing with staffing issues and I appreciate the effort.Wednesday 8th December 2021

Austin is a wonderful receptionist, as well as the other gentleman I've talked to a few times (Sorry I'm not sure what his name is). Mama Bearnath5 StarFriendly staff at the front desk and great clinicians on the outpatient side and the community wellness side! Its right by a creek and you can see a beaver in the pond. Brittin Roberts1 StarThis place will give you an anxiety attack and then try and say they care. I had faith in Dr. Neucks and she ended up lying to my face. I have lost all faith in humanity because of this place. I can never trust a Doctor again thanks to her and this place. I have never felt more conned by a Place. People need to be warned. Disappointed is an understatement. This place took my life away. I’ll never fully recover.Tuesday 14th July 2020
