Started going to Alpha Rehabilitation having severe knee pain when walking. Going thru physical therapy with Noel Velazquez has definitely improved my mobility and I can truly say that I am moving freely without pain. I regret not coming for treatment sooner. Recommend Noel and Alpha highly. The office staff especially Beatrice always very friendly and accommodating.

While visiting Chicago, I was away from my home city and needed an adjustment and massage desperately. (2 car accidents in one summer back in 2006) I occasionally suffer from lower back inflammation and neck stiffness from working a desk job. As well as I have on and offsets of carpal tunnel syndrome. The care I received at Alpha was quite exceptional. I was impressed by the staff's knowledge as well as the accommodating nature of their service. I was provided great insights to do self-care at home. Definitely recommend anyone with physiotherapy needs to give them a call and book an appointment.

My recent experience of treatment and alpha was highly professional . Doctors were very much involved in patients care and took time to answer inquiries in all respects. I would highly recommend to all for professional care and follow up. In one word experience was excellent.

I came in today for an appointment to get serviced because recently I’ve been having lower back problems and it felt like my back was tight and stiff. After one cupping and stretching session with doctor Noel I feel much better. I’d definitely recommend anyone having any type of back pain to go check this place out you’ll thank me later.

Very professional and friendly office. They will make sure to help you as much as they can, from appointment making to visiting any of the doctors. I have been treated multiple times here and always get the best help. Everyone between the office, physical therapist, doctors + etc have been the best. Highly recommend
