Very good place you're actually willing to try to get your life together. They have all the tools to help you but you have to want it yourself! It took me years and years to get where I'm at and I've got a long ways to go I can tell you one thing that they'll be nothing in this world that will ever make me get back my kids my mother my family and my children's father or will keep me going nothing God keeps me up specially singing to bring me down nor any drama

This place was AMAZING before they were bought out by a corporate run company. Everyone became just another patient and the personal care went out the window. When an entire staff who have worked there for 3+ years ALL leave within months of each other, that should tell you something about the company. Methadone and Suboxone can help but if you want actual counseling with low turnover and good patient care, then go somewhere else.

This is a terrible place to be for both employees and patients. I worked here for 5 years and ever since being bought by Pinnacle, the census numbers and money is the priority; not the patient care and how employees are treated. And if you go to corporate about the problems, nothing will get done that way either unless you keep fighting and standing your ground and climbing up the latter. I use to be so proud of what we did at the clinic and I stood behind our patient care, but the last two years that led to my resignation (along with 5 other people and still counting) was an embarrassment. I was embarrassed of how our patients were being treated. The director and clinical supervisor do everything in their power to put the blame on the other employees and not ever fix the matter. This leads to a very TOXIC work environment and eventually our patients dying one after the other. In my years working there, I have never seen such a high patient death rate or OD rate. These patients are not getting the help they need here. And being that corporate doesn’t do much to fix it either, my guess is that a lot of their facilities are like this and people are just scared to speak up.

If there would be a way to give negative stars I would. I have come to this place every morning with my mother so she can receive her medicine. The first time we were ever late was this morning. By 5 minutes. And nobody would answer the phone in the facility. By the time we did get a hold of someone, they refused. Mind you, my mother was car dosing. Where they were to bring her methadone to the car. They had not even begun to do the car doses and people were still leaving. As I said, I have been with her every morning and I have watched them physically allow people to come inside the building after the door was locked; 20-30 minutes late to receive their medicine. I love how they can pick and choose who receives their medicine. This place is absolutely the trash.
