I was the assistant manager and resident for 6 months and it’s been a horrible experience. The ownership is unethical and possibly a criminal organization allowing managers to operate with impunity. Some residents have reported this to the owners multiple times and they were negligent. Also the township was alerted by some residents regarding this recent matter about the threats to residents by a manager while in a so called “safe environment conducive for recovery” I wouldn’t be surprised if the house gets shut down and the owners are charged.
