If you’re at all serious about getting and staying sober go somewhere else. This place does not care about you or your sobriety. Anchor house exists to make money. There is no recovery here. Their idea of recovery is to make you go to AA meetings. That’s it. As of 11/21 it’s a run down dirty facility. The beds are all gross and beat up. One good thing is the food is good because Ben, the cook is a chef. Other than that, you go to the worst AA meetings I’ve ever seen, and that’s your recovery. I’m actually shocked anchor house is even still open with how much of a joke it is. If you ask staff a question, they act as if you’re asking for the world. God forbid it requires them to actually do something. They openly talk about other clients medical and personal information with other clients or in group settings where others can here them. When my family visited me, they were horrified to see where I was living. It’s so clearly just a money grab it’s a joke. If you want help, go anywhere else.

I graduated many years ago bob was my councillor there and a great guy.Anchor House is the best place to get help if your drinking and your life is on the line with.family and friends please look into this program.it saved my.life.in many ways Thank you all to the Staff at the Anchor House.
