Samaritan House is the absolute best 3.1 Halfway House in the State of Maryland. I personally have been privileged to have been a client there more than once. Mike Goldfaden and staff's vision and mission are pure and it is reflected in the way that they treat the individuals that are blessed to be there! The in-house therapists and the group therapy is top notch. They stay on the cutting edge of the newest and result oriented treatment practices in the field of addiction. Starting from a single home back in the 1970's they have come a long way. They now have an additional 16 beds and offices in their newest building. It is my understanding that they have also purchased another home and 6 acres adjacent to the current property. In layman's terms Samaritan House is the best east of the Mississippi Frank Monroe
