This means that it has moderate addiction risks and medical value. Suboxone can only be prescribed by a Suboxone Clinic with certification from the Department of Health and Human Services. The medication comes in the form of tablets and dissolvable films.

Worst clinic. Absolute garbage they drop doses due to missing veterans day. I got no calls from counselor and they don't even have a counselor that has contacted me almost the entire time I've been in there program. Highly recommend you look for another clinic if you really want to get clean. This place is literally a legal drug dealer. The clients outside are offering to sell dope it's really just a mess. If your looking to sell your doses by all means go here because they do not care!!!!. YOUR ONLY A POLICY' NUMBER HERE. AVOID AT ALL COST AND THEY CHARGE THE MOST IN THE ENTIRE AREA FOR DOSES.THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE FOR MISSED DAYS AND AGAIN ABSOLUTELY NO COUNSELOR HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ME IN THE YEAR IVE BEEN THERE. THEY HAVE CAUSED MULTIPLE RELAPSE DUE TO MY COUNSELOR NOT CONTACTED ME ON THERE OFF DAYS OR EMERGENCY CLOSINGS THAT LEFT ME IN SEVERE WITHDRAWALS... AVOID IF YOUR TRYING TO GET CLEAN

The lady on Saturday was very nice and helpful but the man that was at front desk on Friday was rude and terrible! Was around the blocking looking for this place for 30 minutes not only that but he refused to Tell me where the place is after he told me my documents are not sent if I found the place on time I would have called my councelor and tell hi. To send it ur takes only few second to hit the send button but no he refused to explain where the place is! Terrible! I travel for work and I can’t be in another state frustrated by front desk personal since they not the nurses! It’s across the public storage small parking lot

I really really really love that program another way the staff was unbelievably professional very nice Debbie was the greatest the only is a good dude too I wish I never had to leave but I had to leave because I can't be on the same program that your girls on when you going through a breakup so I couldn't be there any longer but I did learn a lot and it did help me get clean so thank you very much

Place saved my life as well. If you think or looking for drugs in the parking lot then your not serious about your treatment and shouldn't go here. Been a patient there for years and it really was what I needed to get clean.
