Marlene W1 StarThey employees are rude. Leave patients unattended for several hours and did not respond to calls for help. Communication is poor. Their only concern is discharge plans. When discharged NO verbal instructions given and what little written there was needed explanation. No instructions for the bed sores my mother got. Worst care ever and I would not send my worst enemy there. No compassion what so ever!Tuesday 18th May 2021
Renee swan1 StarHorrible place. My Mother had to go to hospital as dehydrated and Pnuemomia. She had bad issue her feet. They left her in freezing room with loud tv. She almost died... Had a stroke too. Never go here... Very rude....Saturday 9th January 2021
