**1 StarYou all need to get a person specific to answering the phone if the nurses are to busy to pick up so the patients CAN speak with their loved ones. I literally called 10 time today and you mean to tell me NONE… not 1 single call was able to be answered?!Saturday 19th February 2022
Connor Small1 StarMy grandpa was in here, absolutely horrible. They treated my grandpa horrible right in front of me when I was in there. He dropped his phone on the ground and the nurse came in and slammed it on the table and walked out. DO NOT SEND YOUR ELDERS HERE EVER!! It’s issue, after issue. Oh and don’t forget you only get one food choice you don’t like it you don’t it. They treat you like garbage, they have no idea what medicine they’re giving him.
