if you care about your loved one and want them to get the best rehab care possible do NOT admit them to this facility! My mom broke her hip and after having surgery needed a place to help her learn to walk and recuperate. After only being there for a few hours she begged to get out of there! She had to wait over two hours for a nurse or aide to help her to the bathroom each time she pushed the help button. My siblings and I addressed this issue immediately and the social worker said it would never happen again. Well it did over and over again! The food is so inedible that my mom lost several pounds. The bathroom in her room was shared by another room so 4 people use 1 bathroom, which was not cleaned the way it should have been. The worst part was that a psychiatrist was called to evaluate my mom and wanted to put her on antidepressants due to her getting agitated often, which was due to her not getting the help and care she deserved!!! The overall atmosphere is gloomy and depressing. The only thing that was decent about this place are the physical therapists . They were very patient and kind to my mom. Needless to say mom has been transferred to another facility to finish her rehabilitation, which is so much better. Worst 11 days of her life!

I cant say enough about this facility, 5 stars don't cut it!! From the beginning the administrative staff was fantastic. The nurses and the aides are true hero's. They are amazing, my loved one has been here for a few weeks now and is loving it. So many activities, rehab has been AMAZING and the building is super clean. They really put a lot of time and effort into there appearance.

I can't say enough about the staff at Arbor Ridge. I am just getting to know some of the medical and administrative staff responsible for my mom's health care needs, but one person who has been an absolute angel is Brittany Mathews. The need for care came completely unexpectedly and I found myself needing a location for my mom's rehabilitation. I was completely unprepared for the process. From the first inquiry regarding availability, through the logistics of bringing my mom in from out of state, navigating paperwork, insurance, etc. she has held our hands throughout the entire admissions process. Small touches such as a text to update me on "how it's going" or bringing flowers to welcome my mom has made the transition easier for my mom...as well as me. I am so thankful for the help during a very uncertain few weeks. We're off to a great start. Thank you to the staff and especially Brittany. If more people showed half as much care, we would live in a much better world.

My Dad is in here to be getting better not worse. He has been there for 2 weeks. There has been multiple issues. Yes we talk to the administrator about some of them. But stuff keeps on happening. A couple of times when he was pulled up in bed the wheels where not locked. Multiple issues with the food. We hope we finally got his food issues settled. But as I am visiting him today, I noticed that half of the floor my dad is on got food. So I went to ask and I was told by 2 of the employees sitting at the desk. That the Korean patients get food first??? This is fair why????!!!!! I get all can’t food at once but to favor one nationally??????

I enjoy visiting Arbor Ridge. Their staff is always so delightful and their renovations - Amazing! It’s so beautiful inside. Total package!
