To those that read this, I’ve been in a great nursing home for 2 months. Some of the nicest aides, doctors, nurses, and other employees who made my stay the best I can talk about. I love them all. Jodie the therapy director was one special person to help me get back on my feet. P.s. don’t miss nothing

I have so many memories here. I have a wonderful time going to activities every day to see what is going on that day, the projects are so full filling. The staff is the kind of people that you want to take care of you. Therapy along with staff helped me to be able to go home. I would like to say to the entire staff thank you for everything you all have done for me. Thanks Mitzsue

I’m receiving therapy at Arbors. It’s very clean, they offer a variety of meals, and there seems to be a lot of nice people here. The aides and nurses are very caring about my needs. Just keep doing what you’re doing.

This might be a decent facility if your loved one can speak for themselves. It is hard to put into words the stress and heartbreak that this place just put my husband and his family through. I imagine that they are relieved that we just removed my mother-in-law to the next facility to continue her recovery. This way they (specifically, the administration) can now go back to doing the bare minimum. We had to fight tooth and nail to take precautions that not only kept her safe, but would help lessen the burden on the employees. My husband and his family still had to stay at the home during all waking hours, including three overnights, to make sure that she had what she needed (for example, changed every two hours, feeding tube turned back on, not falling out of bed). Requests were met with frustration and push back, to the point where we were informed that during a meeting, someone (the head of the nursing staff? If that’s what you can call her? I hate to link this person with nursing)called us difficult. I ask that this person, think of what would be acceptable if it were someone she loved in this position? The nurses, aides, and therapy staff all clearly are trying to do what they can but it’s clear that communication is at a minimum. We will for sure be reporting our experience to the board of health and whatever for-profit company claims to run this place.

"I was here for short-term rehab. Excellent, everyone of the staff. Not one complaint. Very professional, very helpful.
