My grandmother is here at this facility, and I want to say that I love it here. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. As I visited my grandmother yesterday my family and I was invited to a wonderful holiday party for the residents. I love the entertainment they had and how everyone was engaged and having a good time. The activity department did a wonderful job the activity director introduced herself to me and I mentioned to her how I enjoyed every bit of the entertainment provided. Great job also to all the staff, nurses and Cna's who came down and was in a festive mood.

My father went to Norwood Terrace for rehab after a lengthy hospital stay, and our experience was phenomenal. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and recovery. We were very impressed with both the therapeutic team as well as the medical staff that attended to him. The Recreation Director did a wonderful job keeping him active and engaged during his stay. I would definitely recommend this facility.

AristaCare at Norwood Terrace is a nice facility. I love the fact that they have a great recreation department. The recreation staff always came in and checked on me even if I didn’t want to participate in activities. The recreation staff never made you feel left out or miss any activity they would bring it to your room so you can be in the loop. Great facility overall I never had any complaints being here. Five stars from me. :)

As you enter the doors at Norwood Terrace you will be welcomed by the friendly staff of the facility. The Rehab Team is a stellar team who puts their all into working with the patients in the building. The Rehab gym is spacious, clean and has all the equipment needed to help with their patients recovery. It is an honor to be part of the Norwood Team..... the Administrator, DON, Recreation Director, Admissions Director, Housekeeping Staff, Maintenance Staff, Dieticians, Dietary Staff, Social Worker, CNAs, Business Office Staff...all go above and beyond to make this facility 5stars!
