Arkview Recovery Center is the place that saved my life! this has to be the best facility I have had the experience of being admitted into. The outreach coordinators went above and beyond what I could have ever expected to get me into treatment. The counselors and clinical staff are well qualified and caring they helped me deal with issues I didn't realize I had. the nursing staff are very helpful knowledgeable kind caring and all around wonderful people. the CRS technicians and other day-to-day staff All share their experience strength and Hope from being in recovery. I will recommend this facility to my family, friends ,and strangers. All of the patients wanted to be there which made the experience like no other I have encountered. The facility itself was clean and orderly everything is cleaned on a daily basis. The meetings that they brought us to helped me to establish a wonderful outpatient Network to continue my journey of sobriety. The holistic groups ranging from art to music and yoga were something I had never experienced and am grateful to have been exposed to. I can't say how grateful I am for the gift that I had received the gift of my life. From the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone at Arkview recovery.

THE experience was a overall great experience. Everyone, from the therapists, behavioral techs, and management were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Arkview to everyone who needs help. Arkview helped me be a better person and I am very grateful for them.

Arkview is an amazing place to go do treatment at. Everyone is super caring, amazing, professional, etc! I would trust my child coming here if i had one!!! If you love chicken you'd fit in great here. I'm gonna miss this place.

I believe that my loved one received excellent individualized care while in treatment here. The clinical staff were extremely supportive and communicated well with us. It is a start up, so there may be some growing pains, but my son left with a solid plan for his future recovery and connections and tools to help him succeed. I highly recommend that family members attend Aurora's family training. There is so much to learn about the disease of addiction and this place has got some great knowledge to share...and they do it with compassion and empathy. Highly recommend!

While still a very new facility there is great potential to Arkview. Almost all of the staff has been incredibly helpful & friendly throughout my entire stay and are very open to suggestions from patients. While the treatment program throughout the day is somewhat intense as well as very lengthy those who are teaching the lessons seem to be very knowledgeable on their craft. I see great things in the future for it. The ONLY cons that I would have to share would be the food quality and variety. However, it did begin to improve over the duration of my stay. As noted above the days ARE very long with little down to time process or relax with leisure activities. While this is not necessarily a deal-breaker and much has to do with regulatory requirements, most of the staff does seem to be aware of this concern, as well as are in agreement with patients. This issue we have been told is being addressed.
