bbtrixie5 StarSending a love one anywhere for rehab can be very frightening. St Ben's has handled me, as well as my mother with kid gloves.
It's an all hands on deck kind of a place. Anywhere else unheard of, you often see the Director and Administrators transporting patients for visits and addressing personally whatever is needed. Answers are immediately given, requests are actively listened to and addressed. Physical therapy seem to be on top of their game as well. With a 90yr old, that's saying a lot.
For as apprehensive as I was to have my mother there, the entire experience has been top notch.Wednesday 17th November 2021
Vanessa C1 StarWouldn’t recommend this place. They lie about occupancy so they can hold rooms for private pay residents only. It’s sad how these nursing homes are only about someone’s cash flow and not to actually take care of the elderly.Friday 18th February 2022
