ASFC Outreach is accredited through CARF International and is approved by the state to offer CORE Services to Child & Adolescent and Adult through Medicaid (DBHDD).  Our services also include court mandated anger management groups and DUI classes. We are honored to be an in network provider group working with military personnel and serving our military families. Our clients are children, adolescents, and adults who have mental and behavioral health, and/or substance abuse problems.  ASFC Outreach delivers affordable, sliding-scale mental health and substance abuse services to youth and families who need financial assistance, ensuring that those with little or no mental health insurance have access to care.

We are also an in network provider group for CareSource, Cenpatico (Peach State), PeachCare, WellCare, Amerigroup, TriCare and Humna, Aetna, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Individuals with ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or otherwise can benefit and establish recovery through an individualized and comprehensive, Behavioral Health treatment plan.

An individual begins services with a face-to-face behavioral health assessment that is conducted by a qualified clinician. At that time, a treatment plan that is based on the individual’s needs and preferences is established. Over the course of treatment, a client will work with staff members who specialize in a specific service to achieve his/her treatment plan goals. Our clients are encouraged to discuss any changing needs he/she may have at any point in time.
