I wouldn’t even give a star for this place. Since I have to its for the ladies that actually care and if they see this they know who they are. Evenings/nights the absolute worst. Press the call light I had to wait 2 hours several different times to even get a response. Never had my medication on time. Lost my medicine refused to locate it. Then after sighing myself out per nurse telling me there’s nothing else they can do for me. Then Tells my mother I do have medication left after I’m signed myself out! Now Refuses to give me the remaining medication bc I signed out. Why would any person sit there in pain when they can sit in in their own home in it. Wouldn’t recommend my pet to go there!! Not everyone was rude I met some nice and good nurses and aids. But there’s a few that make the place a 0. Food is terrible! I hope for the sake of the people that are stuck there they actually review these and start watching their nurses/employees I seriously don’t even wanna give it a one star. Also this is my personal experience this is what was done to me and how I was treated as an adult that knows what’s going on in life , not an elderly person that doesn’t or can’t defend themself!! Please do not send your loved ones to this place!!!

Don't send your relatives here period. Doesn't matter if it is your last resort. They treat patients terribly and with little to no respect. My grandmother does not need to be here but I have zero control over the entire messy guardianship situation. It truly makes my blood boil that she is in their so called "care", the only thing they care about is a pay check.

This nursing home is horrible you can’t talk to staff because they have more important things going on my mothers room was awful smelled awful I feel sorry for whoever let’s their family member comes to the place it’s HORRIBLE DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

The star is for the receptionist, she works very hard, and have to deal with NO ONE giving her information. Most of the staff just wants a PAYCHECK, No compassion at all.

This place doesn't even deserve a one star. The place is nice but the administrator and some of the staff are very unprofessional and rude. I thought when a person come in contact with someone that have coronavirus they suppose to isolate for 14 days and the facility suppose to be sterilize. SMH (This is not a place to take ur love one)
