Great therapist. Corporate office/billing needs to be on the same page with the therapy office. Charged when I didn’t have a balance had to fight to get refunded. Therapists should just do the therapy and not get involved or try calling the shots on how many therapy’s in a day are allowed or how many days/hours are available per insurance. I verified my coverage with my insurance group and the therapist thought different. I ended up changing to a new therapy group. Too much too much to deal with.
