My husband & I are currently attending the Franklin location ATI for car accident injuries. Every time I've walked thru the door, all of the employees make sure to take the time to greet me by my first name & make me feel welcomed! Jacob is the physical therapist we work with, & he is AMAZING!!!! At first I was on edge about having a male as my PT, but he is super friendly, patient, understanding, caring, & compassionate & he makes sure that he never makes you uncomfortable! He listens to you & addresses any and all of your concerns. He always takes your input to implement into his care plan for you. This Franklin location is just great! So glad to have these kind & caring employees work with me throughout my recovery!!!

I really appreciate the personalized care that I receive when engaging in my physical therapy appointments. My therapists are caring and are always attentive to how I am doing in my healing process. This is the second time I am working with ATI as I had knee replacement surgery in 2015 and now shoulder replacement surgery this past month of November 2021. ATI is awesome.

ALL of the employees are amazing! I can tell they aren't there just to collect a paycheck (although that's nice to have 😉), they seem to truly care about us patients. They deliver care with a firm, but kind, manner while maintaining the expected level of professionalism. I have already recommended ATI Franklin to several friends.
