This was my first time having to go to Physical Therapy. The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. The first visit they find out exactly what you want to get out of the physical therapy and pinpoint all the issues you are having. They construct a plan and exercises to help you with each of those area's. When you go each week they make sure you are able to do each of the exercises that will help that particular problem that you are having. All of the therapists work together to ensure your hour of therapy is done efficiently and effective. You are provided positive reinforcement at all times and I would recommend anyone that needs it to go here. I will be back if the need ever arises. I hope the owners of the office know how great their staff is and needs to give them a special thanks for me.

The staff is very nice, attentative to patient's needs. They'll ask questions as you finish each exercise to make sure your feeling good not painful. Encouragement is what personalizes my session, and the ATI Essex staff does just that.
