I highly recommend ATI in Melrose Center. Joe and Connor, Physical Therapists, and Jennifer, Assistant, were always warm, well informed, encouraging and professional. They always took me right on time. The space is very clean, neat and well lit. Parking in the park is very easy and free. I am thankful for their wonderful work.

He explains everything very clearly and his techniques are amazing and I feel like I’m on my way to a full recovery. ATI Therapy here in Melrose is truly amazing! As an individual being treated since August for a serious elbow injury, I can definitely say they deserve some recognition. You are greeted here the minute you walk through the door (sincerely too!)! My therapy has been with Joe, and I have to say…he is so knowledgeable and professional. He listens to everything I say and works with me to give me the best possible treatment. Always has great suggestions for improving the therapy. Even the young lady at the door (pretty sure her name is Jennifer) is a sweetheart…she’s pleasant and always willing to help out with any questions I may have. Can’t say enough good things about this place…they are all so hardworking and dedicated! So glad I landed here…they’re literally making some good come from my difficult situation. I do hope that their boss is aware of how lucky he/she is to have such talented, professional staff. Saying a big THANK YOU to Joe and all the staff for kind, amazing treatment! You’re the BEST!

I was greeted by name upon entering for my first appointment. Everyone is polite and professional. They sanitize equipment after every patient. I work primarily with Joe and started seeing an improvement almost immediately.
