I’ve been three times to the West Springfield facility so far. I’ve had two therapists, Andy and Shannon. Both are extremely knowledgeable about what I need for treatment. Very courteous and the facility was spotless. I also noticed after an item was used they were cleaned immediately after. I have an improvement already with my knee.

The staff is very skilled and caring . They are very good about sanitizing the equipment. I was just there after a knee replacement and can't say enough about how good they all are to work with! I highly recommend this location!
