Sonya5 StarI am so incredibly happy with the services here. Heather is fantastic, she’s my counselor and has been for the past several months. She’s very empathetic, but she also points out reality checks that I need to hear, not what I want to hear. But I have to commend the receptionists as well, they’re such lovely people. Brittany Fuller5 StarThis place is so, so great. Sara is my counselor, and she is incredibly patient, empathetic, and helpful. She truly cares about her clients and shows it by being an active listener and motivational interviewer. The front office staff are also super awesome! Very friendly and welcoming. The guy (I'm so sorry, I didn't catch your name) who answered one of my phone calls was really nice and helpful despite the fact that I called shortly after official closing time. Stephanie ortiz5 StarI’ve been receiving individual counseling for a year in June and have made tons of progress when it comes to my personal and professional relationships. Kelly has been a great motivator and a compassionate listener. She uses innovative thinking to help me create new habits for my life. Kelly is open minded, nonjudgmental and creates a safe environment that allowed me to feel comfortable taking about difficult situations. Front staff are always helpful and kind. They greet you with kindness and familiarity. Those interactions mean a lot to me when I walk in or call. They seem to service a variety of people from young kids to older adults. Waiting room is clean and neat. Depending on the office space, not cluttered and the set up is comfortable.Saturday 25th April 2020
Young Miles1 StarI was denied a written report from the Counselor Who Conducted the session. This was strange do to the fact I am a repeat client of this practice and had no problems receiving a report before. The counselor also failed to deliver on writing the report and delivering the report on time, or at all, and to the necessary recipients even after assuring and signing a disclosure agreement stating that she would.
Repeated Unprofessional conduct since I had to ask several times for this which was completely unnecessary. They had no concern for completing this and providing this time sensitive information. Complete waste of money. I would not recommend.Wednesday 13th February 2019
Mesion Roberson1 StarI went to the Atlanta family counseling and one of the lack of a better word person who doesn’t know how to counsel she put her personal feelings within the problems of the patient and family. U suppose to separate personal from professional. She is a quack of a therapist and she should have her license suspended. Til she get her person issues addressed and resolved.Saturday 3rd July 2021
