I had never had physical therapy before but the staff here make it a VERY pleasant experience. They are the most comforting and professional medical personnel I have met since I moved to Charlotte. Fred in the front office is very kind and patient and clear with his explanations. He brightens my day! David Altieri the physical therapist is so professional yet with a manner that instantly puts you at ease. He’s very thorough with his explanations and always has a solid answer for my many questions. Can’t recommend this team high enough - if all my doctors were like this I would actually look forward to visits to the doctor!

This place is just awful. Firstly, the reception is very rude and unfriendly. I went there for 4 visits and every time, they treated me as if I was beneath them. The therapy itself was of little use. I went through physical therapy for something else a few years ago at another place and the experience was amazing and I learned exercises I still do today. At Carolinas Rehab, the therapists seemed to have little to offer and when I told them I already do some stretching they looked at me blankly and said they didn't know what else to show me after trying 2 exercises. To top it off, they bill $200-300 per visit, which was 4 times as much as I paid in the past. Complete waste of time and money. Try someplace else.
