Extremely nice staff! Dr Banard wants to see his patients doing good and succeeding with our treatment. He isn't one of the many psychiatrists that just want to keep you medicated going through the motions.

Patients Beware!!! Poor hours of operations for working individuals. On all occasions, I would have a scheduled appointment, Dr Barnard would not have time to see me after waiting for over an hour and would physically hand me a prescription without talking to me about my condition due to overbooking of patients. His office would charge me my copay and charge my insurance for an hour of treatment. Also, terrible office admin. I would not get a call the day prior to ensure the appointment was confirmed. Also, Dr Barnard spoke with a VA doctor regarding my condition (without receiving my permission), which is against the law. Finally...WATCH OUT MILITARY and Tricare users. Dr Barnard’s admin office charged me over $400 because his office didn’t remind me along with several others that our referrals were/had expired and had to pay the whole amount due or would be turned over to collections. BE AWARE of the aforementioned issues as these these are systemic issues within his office.
