Barbara Bland2 StarDad just in there 2 nights so far. Staff is pleasant that I've seen so far and dad likes his food so far. Will do a revised review when he is there a bit longer.
Well the call button wasn't working so they just so they just pulled the other one over from other side for him to use. The phone isn't working right so no one can call him he can only call out. They don't seem to want to fix the problem. Doctors don't call me to give me updates on my dad even after asking that they do. I do like the staff.Wednesday 29th December 2021
NANCY SHEEKS5 StarI have been extremely impressed with the staff every time I've been there to visit my brother. From the young lady at the front door to the care givers. They all have been extremely pleasant and efficient. I have been to many assisted living facilities over the years and have never been so impressed with the staff. Lamont Mason5 StarAutumn Lake has to be the cleanest Health Care Facility that I've ever seen or been to? There are know weird smells when you walk in the and the main thing that I noticed was the staff wasn't disrespectful or ignorant!
For that reason alone I would've gave them 5-Stars!Friday 18th March 2022
