Di West5 StarThe nurses and the CNA's at this facility are EXCELLENT CAREGIVERS. They took better care of my Father better than we ever could have asked. I would recommend Autumn Meadows. Would even stay there myself. Never once, not one time, in his 2 yr residency there was my father ever dirty nor has ever smelled bad. They truly care. Administration dept could use a little help in mannerism and the rooms could be updated. But, overall a great place to look over loved ones.Tuesday 23rd November 2021
