Kinda shaky in the beginning. Through proper communication with each department. We’re all on the same page. It’s hard to be vulnerable when you’ve been independent your entire life. I’m pleased with my level of care here, and I see the potential in this place. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care. It starts with the chain of command. Administration cares wholeheartedly! I can also see the effort put fourth in finding, as well as hiring a team of care assistants that care as well. I’m hopeful for what’s yet to come on my road to recovery. Thank you! Your hard work and effort hasn’t gone unnoticed by this resident.❤️ Felicia Day

This place is horrible. Please believe all negative comments. Dad asked for water over an hour ago. No nurse or aid yet. I pushed the button for assistance. Just looked back and the light stopped flashing on it's own. How is that? Need to do a better job of training and observing nurse care or should I say non care. We are getting our parent out of here. If you love your family never let them come here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Most of the staff has horrible attitudes and are unprofessional. I have a grandma that is here and they DO NOT take care of her. Physical therapy is amazing but the rest of the staff do not do anything for her. Please don’t take any of your family members here. I cannot stress this enough

My mom went Friday night and from that point it was horrible. They didnt have any wheelchairs available or walkers. They didnt change her dressing from her amputation and they didnt have her pain meds until 8 the next morning. They put her in the back and dont answer her call button. My sister tried to call to make sure my mom settled in okay and got i to an arguement with the girl that answered the phone and the worker started cursing at her all because she asked about my mom. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY THERE.....EVER.....they kept turning her light off and not coming back to see what she needed. She had to ASK so.eone to take her vitals, her BP was high and they STILL didnt give her meds for that, and this is all in a 2 day span. I had to call corporate, which was even worse. This is the second time i am trying to co tact someone about my mom being neglected at this center. Every night she calls me crying to reach the front desk because they are an hour late for her pain meds because she is an amputee ONLY there for rehab. Alot has happened the 7 days she has been there that shouldnt. I understand places are understaffed righr now. However, neglect should never be tolerated. One of the employees said to her they didnt understand why they put her in the back when they NEEEEVER come back there. Her call light has been on for 3 hours with no assistance. My aunt was there with her today and noticed the same treatment. We will be taking her out of your facility and adding you all to the DO NOT ENTER list. Its such nice place for such bad service. Some of the employees said they cant wait until their other jobs come through to leave that place because most of the workers there are moody and mistreat the patients. I am requesting a thorough investigation of this facility through my lawyer and the health department

My father received the worse care possible. His 2nd day there he fell out of his chair. Hugh bump on his head and skin tears and know one called me. From there they kept him in a chair for hours to be able to watch him. He wore the wrong patients glasses after he fell until l had them check at the eye doctors. I found they belong to another patient with a similar name.He was glad to have them back. I found his glasses in his room broken. They allowed my dad to develop bedsores from sitting so long. They never told me learned the news in the hospital.Staff did not initiate bedsore protocol. Found my dad in the lunch room not swallowing and reported to the nurse she did nothing so l called and ambulance for my father . He died later that week. My dad was there less then six weeks and he is dead. Agency nurses took care of my dad they get paid more but don’t-care about the patient no interaction.Food was terrible brought out burnt fries and rubber burgers. Don’t fall for how beautiful the place as l live with this mistake every day. My mother was there as well and choose to die as she did not want to live without her husband. So because of my choice of places l lost both parent. They also lost my dads watch and my Mother’s glasses.
