Alexandra Mew1 StarAfter being referred to Banyan I was completely disappointed in every aspect of the service I recieved. I recieved 2 therapy sessions before their funding was cut and I was left with no where to turn. After ending therapy, I saw a psychiatrist at Banyan. Again another disappointing service. The psychiatrist was eating a sandwhich with the door open throughout the entirety of my appointment. Zero privacy or confidentiality. After being misdiagnosed by this psychiatrist and sent into a down word spiral from the side effects I went back to see if I could change my prescription. Of course, no one is available for at least a week. With no regard for my health emergency, poor funding and bad service I have decided to go to CHI. I reccomend anyone in the same situation as me do the same.Tuesday 21st May 2019
