It is amazing that anyone makes it into rehab. Been stuck at the hospital most of the night with a friend who finally got up the courage to go to rehab only to be stonewalled in admission. ER nurse says it’s not uncommon for BBC to take all night to admit. A rehab center of all places should know that time is absolutely critical when someone finally gets the courage to go. This process says to me that BBC doesn’t give a rip about the people it is supposed to serve.

Every worker has their own set of rules. Some do not take the patients life seriously and treat them as a prisoner. I wanted to let someone know my phone is shut off so he can't call his son is sick with a fever of 103 and they will not put him on the phone because the woman is to lazy to. Any other worker transfers calls.. They do not allow more than one phone call a day or visitation. which is sick because in a mental hospital or jail or prison you can call and visit.. he's only supposed to be in there 28 days. He's b en in there 26 and they still won't tell them what day he leaves.

I'm told this is a co-ed facility with very little oversight. Patients are given medication and not told what or why. Discharged after 28 days with multiple medications. Not appropriate for addicts, alcoholics psychiatric patients.
