I have written a review before here for a dear friend of mine whose life was changed for the best by Bedrock, but here I am back writing yet another review on behalf of another friend of mine. After years of addiction struggles, a friend of mine was able to turn her life around thanks to Bedrock. The staff consistently supported my friend during treatment and thereafter... likewise with her loved ones. My friends are 2/2 with this place!

This was a very stressful time for our family. When my family member arrived there, we received a quick response. They called just about every other day with updates on how things were going. I spoke with the doctor only once. At that time I was informed that I would have the say so as to when my family member would be leaving. This was on a Monday. I spoke with my family ,member on Thursday and was informed by him that he would be seeing me on Saturday. I told him no, you need to stay for the counseling and that the doctor and I had decided for him to stay longer. I received a call on Saturday morning from my family member and was told that he was at the airport and that his flight would arrive at 5:45pm. I didnt receive a call from the facility of his departure, leaving, or nothing. Still have not heard from them. The staff was great and very nice to my family member, but some of the rules and regulations and how they communicate need to change quickly. I would not suggest this facility to anyone. The carelessness is not worth it.

I had an amazing time at this place. While people will complain about not being able to smoke whenever they want. There is 7 allotted smoke breaks which is enough. The place is a nice hotel and the food while being average at best they have all the snacks and treats in the world which helps the funk you get in coming off the substances. I ate more ice cream bars in my entire life here lol. I love this place they have great staff and super understanding. When I puked they cleaned it up and when I didn’t want to go to group they understood why. The facilitators are super responsive and helpful and super knowledgeable about the disease of addiction. If you’re in a bad spot and want to change your life come here ASAP give yourself a shot at life again

Did inpatient and detox here. It was a nice place and I learned a lot from groups. The food could be better, but there’s always alternatives to the main meal.

First time at a rehabilitation center for a loved one. Extremely stressful time period. Poor communication about what was offered at the facility. Nurses station on detox mail box is always full and had to call on night shift for someone to pick up. The general clinician mail box also full. When calling to make a complaint about a clinician- no supervisor every return my call. Clinician had a speaker phone conversation with family member and patient in front of 5 other clinicians. When family was trying to get loved one to stay longer- going into details about their personal lives. To be hung up on and called back in more private setting despite telling the clinician the day before about the conversation that would be taking place on that day and time???? Please educate clinicians better about privacy and the importance of communicating with family members of loved ones in rehabilitation. Extremely sensitive time. Will never be returning to this facility.
