Level of care is determined at assessment and referrals and assistance with admittance to detox is available. Both medium and high intensity services are available and each individual will develop a relapse prevention plan prior to completion of their program. Benton County Substance Abuse Treatment program serves Benton County residents with Oregon Health Plan. We also serve eligible uninsured individuals and some types of private insurance. Reduced fees are available based on income levels and eligibility.
