Staff were the most caring people ever. They aren't just doing their job for their paycheck they really want to save people's lives. They helped save mine. Food was amazing and classes were very informative. I highly recommend this place to build your foundation to start your new life!

The place is so understaffed detox shut down, not once but twice while I was there. All clients were kicked out. Their operations are so deplorable no nurse wants to work there and as such they are constantly under the state mandated number of employee to client ratios. If you go there don’t expect to get detoxed from what you are trying to get off of. I’m sure they pad the bill too so they can charge the full amount because that is solely what this COMPANY is about. That’s the first sign of a problem - when companies make a profit off the sick and helpless.

Best care treatment saved my life! I learned how to recover from the structure, program, counselors, and staff. I was welcomed by all. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

I went into Bestcare near death. The counseling was tough but good. The food was good and they helped start my road to recovery. I met people I still talk with and helped me get on the right path. Most people I know that complain about Bestcare is because they didn’t want to get better. You have to want recovery. I thank Scott and the crew back in 2015 for getting my life back on track

Thier Intake Coordinator is so unorganized and unprofessional. When I called to check the status of our progress she couldn't find the name or the assessment. After "looking" she then tells me we need to call in every week. I told her we have been calling every week. Tben she says, "oh yeah, I just heard your call. (The client) just called right before you did". Really!!!??? She hadn't heard the name before and then all of a sudden she remembersremembers receiving a call!! Unorganized and unprofessional. And, to boot, we had been waiting (what we thought was on a waiting list) for 2 weeks only to hear that they don't take our insurance . What a waist of precious time!
